Get a Quote for Translation Services

Global Translation Systems provides quotes for rush and standard service. Quotes can be provided usually within one business day. All quotes are valid for 60 days from issue.

If you would like to submit a document for quote, please attach your document (file size limit: 10 MB) in an e-mail to info@globaltranslation.com. Please indicate any special instructions and requirements, including file format, target language and country, and don't forget to include a phone number so we can call you if necessary.

FAQ

What if my file is very large or I have a lot of files?

If possible, please zip groups of files into one or two individual zip files. For files larger than 10 MB, do not attach the file, but please indicate this in your message. We will send you an account login and password along with instructions so you can upload your file.

What if my file is confidential?

We understand and are sensitive to our clients' need for confidentiality. All materials are handled in strictest confidence, and all Global employees and contractors sign confidentiality agreements before being permitted to handle client materials. However, if you wish us to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), please attach it to your initial inquiry e-mail, and we will return a duly signed copy right away.

What if I don't have the document yet?

We cannot provide firm quotes for materials sight unseen, as it is impossible to judge the scope of work without inspecting the document. In some cases, we can provide a ballpark estimate based on your figures; however, such estimates can be wildly different from the actual scope of work, and we reserve the right to revise the estimate upon inspection of the final document.

What if my document is not finished yet (I only have a draft)?

In cases where only a draft is available, we will provide a non-binding quote based on the draft, and revise it upon receipt of the final document. In the event that a tight schedule necessitates starting work with a draft version, Global reserves the right to revise charges based on changes to the source material during the course of the project.
